Commentary by Susan Brinkmann, OCDSIn yet another example of a small minority of people imposing their will on the majority, a new poll has found that the overwhelming majority of New York state residents not only oppose late-term term but would limit abortion to the first three months of pregnancy - which means most residents oppose the radical Reproductive Health Act passed in January.
Since the appointment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, thus tilting the court’s make-up toward the pro-life position, more states are planning to impose laws that will greatly expand access to abortion under the guise of protecting a “woman’s right to choose.”

Wade when they passed one of the most draconian abortion laws in the U.S. which essentially permits abortion at any time until birth, claims a child isn’t human until it’s born, eliminates protection for babies born alive after abortion, and allows non-physicians to perform the procedure.
