The only three abortion clinics in the state of Kansas have been notified by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) that they will be told by July 1, 2011, whether they will be granted licenses to perform abortions under a new law that will impose safety regulations the clinics may not be able to satisfy.
