How can you fight for Christ if His grace is not in you? How can you bring Him to souls when you yourself are far away from Him? How can one who is supernaturally dead give life to others? Ponder these questions during your time of examen this week and if need be, begin again by going to the sacrament of reconciliation.

Many Catholics who insist that they’re “just doing the exercises” in their yoga class and therefore aren’t guilty of worshiping the Hindu gods those “exercises” represent often stop here when searching their conscience for any evidence of sin.
