Muslim Extremists in Nigeria Bomb Catholic Cathedral

Offering Polarity Therapy in a Parish Setting is a Bad Idea

CH writes: "My question is about an energy therapy called 'Polarity Therapy'. Polarity Therapy is being done at the Catholic Church of my friend. I assumed that it was an OK therapy for Catholics because the Catholic Priest in charge of the Church and Nuns allow it and haveĀ  treatments. I have doubts that it is an approved Catholic therapy."

Appeals Court Judges Appear Critical of ObamaCare Mandate

Detroit Bishop Advises Priests to Avoid Dissident Conference

Catholic Charities Takes Legal Action Against Illinois Civil Union Law

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Journalist The leaders of three Catholic dioceses in Illinois - Springfield, Peoria and Joliet - initiated legal action yesterday on behalf of their Catholic Charities asking the courts to allow them to continue to provide foster care without recognizing the parental rights granted to same-sex and cohabiting couples in a recently enacted civil unions bill.

Lawsuit Could Lead to Taxpayer Funded Sex-Change Operations

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Journalist A male inmate who repeatedly tried to castrate himself in an attempt to become a woman has filed a lawsuit against the state of Virginia, charging them with failure to provide adequate medical care in the form of a sex change operation - a case which could result in forcing taxpayers to pay for the surgeries.
