First Federal Funds for Abortion Allocated Under ObamaCare

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Journalist Anyone needing proof that ObamaCare will use taxpayer money to fund abortion can now look to the state of Pennsylvania where the Obama Administration has just agreed to give the state $160 million to set up a new "high-risk" insurance program that will cover any abortion that is legal in Pennsylvania.
