ObamaCare Death Panels on the "Hot Seat"

A hearing was held yesterday in which Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was brought before the House Budget Committee where she was grilled on the controversial Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) - also known as the death panel - that was created as a part of ObamaCare.
