"To bear with patience, wrongs done to oneself
is a mark of perfection, but to bear with patience wrongs done to someone else is a mark of imperfection and even of actual sin."
-Thomas Aquinas
Reflection:
Do I have a situation in my life that I should be standing up to protect the rights of another? Is my quiet, seemingly patient attitude allowing someone else to be mistreated or maligned in any way? I must pray for the wisdom and graces necessary to speak up with love and protect the wrongs being done to that person or persons. It is my duty.

Section Five: Scripture Passge for Meditation
Put off your old nature which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and put on the new nature, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
--Ephesians 4:22-23
