Firefighters Sue over Gay Pride Parade

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Writer Jury selection is set to begin in the case of four firefighters who were forced to participate in the 2007 “Gay Pride” parade in San Diego. The men are suing the city saying they were forced to participate in the parade where they were subjected to sexually demeaning gestures and catcalls.
