Planned Parenthood/UNAIDS Lobby to End HIV Positive Disclosure Laws

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Journalist The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and UNAIDS have teamed up to launch a new campaign aimed at eliminating laws which require HIV positive individuals to inform their sex partners of their infection because they claim it's "too stigmatizing."
