US Teacher's Union Asks UN to Mandate Graphic Sex Ed to Combat "Homophobia"

U.S. Supreme Court Upholds Free Speech Rights of Westboro Baptist Church

In an 8-1 ruling in Snyder v. Phelps, the United States Supreme Court has declared that members of the Westboro Baptist Church have a First Amendment right to air their opposition to policies and laws condoning homosexuality by staging peaceful protests during high-profile military funerals.

UK Court: Christians are Unsuitable Foster Parents

In a landmark judgment which will have a serious impact on the future of fostering and adoption in the UK, the High Court has suggested that Christians with traditional views on sexual ethics are unsuitable as foster parents, and that homosexual ‘rights’ trump freedom of conscience in the UK. The Judges also stated that Christian beliefs on sexual ethics may be ‘inimical’ to children, and they implicitly upheld an Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) submission that children risk being ‘infected’ by Christian moral beliefs.

Prominent Psychiatrist Under Investigation for Lewd Photos

Experts: Pedophilia is a "Sexual Orientation"

Most Extreme Executive Order in US History Mandates Acceptance of All "Gender Identity and Expression"

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick issued what some are calling the most extreme executive order in the history of the U.S. when he signed into law a mandate forcing acceptance of "gender identity and expression" - including cross-dressers and transsexuals -  throughout state government, and ordered immediate "diversity training" for all employees.

Former Head of Catholics for a Free Choice: "Pro Choice Activists Are in a Time Warp"

In an op-ed appearing in the Washington Post, Frances Kissling, a well-known abortion rights activist and former head of the now defunct Catholics for a Free Choice, said that if the pro-choice movement in America wants to survive, it has to stop pretending it's 1970 by denying that a fetus is a human being and that abortion is more than just a "medical matter" between a woman and her doctor.
