To know Christ

"I want to know [Christ] and the power of his resurrection... if somehow I may attain the resurrection from the dead."

-Philippians 3:10-11

Today's Reflection:

Jesus wants to meet us in the tomblike places within our hearts:

Those places that have been made cold and barren by the sins committed against us.

Those places shrouded in darkness and fear.

Those places where sin has carved wounds and injury into the delicate fiber of our being.

Those places where unforgiveness chains us to stony hostility.

 How is God calling you to submit to His healing love so you will be ready to fulfill your holy mission to aid humanity in not falling and to be a healer of the world?
