SaveJames.comIn a case that has gripped the nation, a judge has ruled that the father of 7-year-old James Younger, whose mother says he wants to be girl, will have joint custody of the child and that all medical decisions will be made jointly.
LifeSiteNews is reporting on the decision just made by Judge Kim Cooks of the 255th district who ruled that both Jeffrey Younger and his ex-wife, Dr. Ann Georgulas, will have joint managing conservatorship and will make joint medical decisions for the child.
Cooks also forbade Younger from speaking about the case and ruled that he is not required to pay attorney fees. Younger's site, Save James, will thus have to be taken down.
