“Bloom Who You Are: Lights Shining in the Darkness, A Healing Retreat,” will be held at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Tampa/Oldsmar and features Mass, Adoration, Confession, reflection time, a healing service, and individual ministry by prayer teams.
Speakers include Fr. Richard “Father Mac” McAlear, OMI, of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate whose gift of healing has brought hope and restoration to thousands around the world.
Johnnette Benkovic, author, EWTN host, and founder of the co-sponsor of this retreat, Women of Grace®, a Catholic apostolate for women, will lend her powerful insights to attendees.
Retreat co-sponsor, Carol Marquardt, author of The Sound of His Voice and Our Fiat and founder of the Mantle of Mary Association, will offer her Spirit-filled guidance on how to listen and respond to the voice of God in today’s chaotic world.
Judy Landrieu Klein, Catholic theologian, speaker, widow . . . and newlywed . . . will speak about the power of a mother's prayers, Mary's intercession, and cultivating hope in our brokenness.
Talented musician Susan Potvin of Living Praise Worship Team, who has spent the last 30 years bringing her passion for Jesus Christ to people of all ages, will also be with us.
This year’s event will offer an optional leadership track called SMILE, which will be offered on January 18 by retired psychotherapist, Denise Dolff. It will help women learn how to bring their gift of spiritual maternity into our hurting world.
The retreat costs $130 and includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. Rooms are being held at the Hampton Inn and Suites in the name of "Bloom Who You Are Retreat.” Hurry! Reservation deadline is January 3.
