Delicious Corn Casserole Recipe
Ingredients 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 Can Cream Corn 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained) 1 Stick of Butter (softened) 1 8 oz. Sour Cream 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
Directions Mix all ingredients together in a bowl Grease a baking dish (2.5 quarts) Cook uncovered at 350° for approximately 1 hour (Check to see if more time is needed. Should be firm but not overdone – much like cake batter.)
