Enmity – the extreme ill will or hatred that exists between enemies; a feeling or condition of hostility; animosity.
Who is the “woman” referred to in this passage? Who is her “seed”? What does this passage tell us about the woman’s role in God’s plan of salvation through the power of her “seed”? To what extent does God want me to experience that power through her intercession? What is the situation I most need to entrust to her today? What “serpent” is in it that I can smite with her? How?
