Read Paragraphs 487-493 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. How do these paragraphs help us appreciate St. Louis De Montfort’s description of Mary being the “excellent masterpiece of the Most High God?” Reread Paragraph 489. What characterized the women who prefigured Mary? To what extent does this encourage me that I, too, can be “Mary-like?” Why do I think this important for our day and time in light of God’s plan for salvation?
