Obama Administration Gives $63 Billion to New "Woman-Centered" Global Health Plan

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Journalist Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a long-time supporter of "women's reproductive health," announced a new $63 billion plan to bring a more "woman- and girl-centered approach" to global health care services that will include a dramatic increase in "family planning and reproductive health" care.
