Japanese Bishop: People are "Exhausted and Disoriented"

Bishop Martin Tetsuo Hirago, of the hard hit diocese of Sendai, Japan, said the tragic 9.0 earthquake and resulting tsunami that struck the area last Friday has had "a strong emotional impact on society," and has left one priest dead of a heart attack.
