“Whenever any grievous temptation or vehement sorrow oppresses thee, invoke they guardian, thy leader; cry out to him and say, “Lord, save us, lest we perish!”

For Reflection: 

Is there a “grievous temptation” or “vehement sorrow” which is oppressing me today? Am I willing to take it to the Sacrament of Reconciliation and seek the grace of the Lord, “lest I perish?”
