For Reflection:

If I am in the state of grace (having no mortal sin on my soul), then I am in God’s hand. Therefore, according to St. John of Damascus, I am “in life and light". Today, I will consciously seek to see the “life” and the “light” in my everyday duties and responsibilities and I will thank God for them in my time of prayer tonight.
