In early 2003, two councils of the holy Catholic Church formulated and issued a provisional statement on the New Age Movement. Johnnette and guests discuss how the goal of this study was to explain how the New Age Movement and its practices differ from the Christian faith. The study was precipitated by the fact that New Age ideas and beliefs, modalities and techniques have made their way into modern culture, and into our Catholic institutions, parishes and retreat houses.
