The spiritual life is a joint venture between God and man. God, for His part, bestows upon us every spiritual blessing we need to enter into divine intimacy with Him and experience the abundance of His love.
We, for our part, are called to receive this grace and be transformed by it. As we discovered yesterday, our guests believe, with good reason, that this exchange between God and soul is quickened and edified through adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
