Program WGR12487
Guest: Dr. Germain & Ortrud Bianchi

When Germain Bianchi told Ortrud he wanted to marry her, she resisted. She believed remaining single would let her give her heart more completely to Jesus; Germain thought they could help each other love Jesus more. Padre Pio encouraged Germain to marry her, blessed the couple and their rings, and gave them a Marian image as a wedding gift. Johnnette Williams continues the story of a marriage and family shaped by Padre Pio’s spiritual fatherhood.
