(Program 14473) To be a leader means that we know who we are and what we are about. It means we seek ways to influence and guide others even as we are influenced and guided beyond ourselves. It means we are willing to make a decision, stay the course, and finish strong. It means we are willing to admit a mistake, seek advice and counsel, and change direction if necessary. But above all, to be a leader, especially a Catholic leader, it means we are willing to serve - those entrusted to us and the One who made the entrustment, Our Lord Jesus Christ.
