On Women of Grace, we often talk about the great gift of authentic femininity, its genius, its power, its purpose, its mission. But what about authentic masculinity? What is it that makes a man a man, his genius that comes by way of his gender, his power, his mission? How were these realities of the masculine known and passed on in previous generations and what is making it increasingly difficult to pass them on to present generations of young men? Are we living in a day and time that, as one writer puts it, suffers from toxic masculinity or from a toxic lack of it? We’ll examine these issues today and find some interesting responses to the perplexities they raise. Sam Guzman is our guest.
