Due to technology, advances made in medical science have made treatments and procedures once deemed impossible common practice in the care and treatment of patients.
While many of these capabilities have carried with them great benefits and even cures, others have contributed to a devaluation of the human person.
Today, we are going to talk about this reality in light of one common practice in the area of human reproduction and fertility – in vitro fertilization. What are some of the bioethical and moral issues we need to consider in light of IVF?
