In her apparitions to the three shepherd children in Portugal, Our Lady told the children of Fatima that unless her requests were heeded Russia “will spread its errors throughout the entire world, fomenting wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have to suffer much, and various nations will be annihilated.”

Sadly, for the most part, Our Lady’s request fell on deaf ears and many of the errors of Communist Russia have been assimilated into the cultural and moral reality of our contemporary society.
