In Part 1 of this Women of Grace series, we met Eileen Benthal and her daughter, Johanna. We learned about their 19 year sojourn with the rare neurological disease that has caused Johanna to have 90 brain surgeries in her lifetime.
  
Through the years, Eileen has discovered a path of hope, a means to not only survive the emotional and psychological stress imposed by such medical fragility, but one that helps her to thrive as a wife, mother, caregiver, and daughter of God.

Today she is going to begin to unpack this way and though your circumstances may in no way be similar to hers, I promise you what she shares will serve you well in all of your ups and downs of life. It all centers around an acronym for the word BREATHE.
