It's tough to admit you use porn. There's the stigma, even in a culture that is "pornified" , the lechery of use hangs like a noose about your neck. And there's the shame when you can't look into your wife's eyes or your children discover your habit. And the self loathing and complete disgust with yourself after a binge on the computer or some other form of use. Finally, there's the fear - that you can't stop, or you might get caught, or lose your marriage, your kids or maybe your job.
