JOHNNETTE BENKOVIC WILLIAMS | What Does It Mean to Be a Woman?

In a culture confused about different genders, about womanhood, this talk offers an insightful look at authentic femininity. What does it look like? Drawing on her own life, and the wisdom of St. John Paul II, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, and Alice von Hildebrand, Johnnette will inspire every woman’s spiritual journey. Whether you're 16 or 62, you will love this talk! Johnnette Benkovic Williams is the EWTN Executive Producer and Host of Women of Grace, and Founder and President of Living His Life Abundantly® International, Inc. and Women of Grace®, Catholic apostolates offering television, radio, conferences, curricula, and study groups. After a profound conversion in 1981, she began sharing the Gospel through media, hosting Women of Grace on EWTN TV (Mon–Fri) and Women of Grace Live radio nationally and internationally. A sought-after speaker, retreat leader, and author of books such as Full of Grace, Experience Grace in Abundance, and The Rosary: Your Weapon for Spiritual Warfare, she addresses contemporary issues from a Catholic perspective. Widowed after 34 years of marriage, she remarried in 2018 and is mother to five adult children, four living, and grandmother of ten. Visit womenofgrace.com.

SISTER JOHN MARY SV | Learning to Listen in a Distracted World

This powerful talk will look at how our phones, our work, social media, busyness, and constant noise keep us constantly distracted. Are we so hurried and screen-soothed that we can no longer discern God’s Will? Or hear His voice? Are we being deceived? Sister John Mary, SV entered the Sisters of Life in 2005 after completing her graduate studies in history. She professed final vows in 2013. She is now the local superior of St. Joseph's Convent. The Sisters of Life are a religious community of women who take a fourth vow to protect and enhance the sacredness of human life. Immersed in Eucharistic prayer within a vibrant community life, their missions include caring for vulnerable pregnant women and their unborn children; inviting those wounded by abortion into the healing mercy of Jesus; fostering a culture of life through evangelization; retreat works; spiritual accompaniment of college students; and upholding the beauty of marriage and family life.

NATALIE REGNIER | Brick by Brick: Building a Strong Family That Won’t Lose

Their Faith in a Secular Culture Natalie Regnier brings a fresh and inspiring voice to the mission of evangelization. A recent graduate from the University of Ottawa, she served as a student leader with Catholic Christian Outreach—mentoring young women, navigating the challenges of COVID-19, and participating in a life-changing mission in Uganda, where she trained local students in evangelization. She is the co-author of her family’s acclaimed book Brick by Brick: Building a Strong Family That Won't Lose Their Faith in a Secular Culture. She and her family shared their testimony before more than 2,000 people at a Vatican symposium on Evangelii Gaudium. She is now a CCO missionary at Toronto Metropolitan University, Natalie continues her family’s legacy with passion and joy. Expect a talk filled with authenticity, hope, and contagious missionary zeal.

APRIL SMITH | Live Adventurously, Live Virtuously

April Smith, a Catholic Moms Group Leader from St. Nicholas Parish in North Pole, Alaska, is no stranger to adventure! And guess what? She’s flying to Toronto to speak at our DWF conference! Born in Pittsburgh and married to her high school sweetheart, she traded city life for Alaska’s wild beauty and never looked back. Once “unchurched,” April embraced the Catholic faith, and today she’s a joyful mom of 10, grandmother of 2. She has led a thriving Catholic Moms Group for three years, served her community as a Realtor and an elected member of the Board of Education, and continues helping others discover both Alaska’s beauty and the joy of living for Jesus. April’s deepest passion is helping moms and families grow in faith—while living life with a true spirit of adventure! Learn about the virtues! Hear her story! Forget the idea that being religious is boring. Learn how to live adventurously—and live virtuously!
