As we move through the penitential season of Lent and consider the great gift that is ours through the redemptive act of Our Lord Jesus Christ, we should sharpen our gaze to the movement of the Holy Spirit that invites us to experience for ourselves the sorrow and the joy of Christ’s passion, the fruit of which is great love, the transforming dynamic of Christ’s love for us and the love we extend to each other through it.

One of the ways in which God presents this mystery to us is through the passive mortifications that come our way.

Today our guest will help us to understand the great grace that is ours to be acquired through the witness of St. Teresa of Calcutta.
