Dr. Brian Engelland
Though the genesis of Catholic social teaching dates back to the time of Christ and the establishment of His Church, and has been greatly defined in papal and magisterial documents throughout time, we might trace its contemporary and more formal beginnings to Pope Leo Thirteen’s break through encyclical Rerum Novarum and the work of the holy pontiffs following him to the present day.
The Church’s social doctrine is comprised of four key tenets. In today’s program, our guest will tell us what they are and show us how they are the pillars for a just and moral society and for a business built on integrity.
