Private Prayer Is Important

WOMEN OF GRACE host Johnnette Williams shares that today is the feast of St. Rosalia. In her life she became a hermit and led a life of prayer. She broke away from others to give her life to Jesus. We also have break away to pray on a daily bases. Private prayer is important. Patty called in to ask from prayers for her daughter. She has had several brain surgeries and is denying God. She does not know why God created her like this. Johnnette understands the anger her daughter has. Suffering causes us to lash out. She is on an emotional roller-coaster. Keep praying. Lindy called in to share her experience after priest abuse. She decided to forgive her abuser. Once she did this she found peace. Johnnette agrees that praying for your persecutors is very Christ-like. Betty wants to know about her work in a hospital that performs abortions and what she should do.
