Host: Johnnette Benkovic
The recent high school shooting is on everyone’s hearts and minds. Host Johnnette Benkovic asks listeners on WOMEN OF GRACE to join her in prayer not only for the victims and their families but for the shooter and his family as well. Rafael on Facebook texts Johnnette “My Mother is dying.. Where is God?” She hears the pain in his heart and shares that we all suffer loss. The parents of the shooting are in pain as well with loss. We must remember what the last line of the Hail Mary is. (Now and at the hour of our death…) God is with us always. Caller R.J. felt God on Ash Wednesday as he received ashes for the first time. Caller Bernadette says she is a Lent flunky. She can never follow through with her Lenten promise. This year she wants to go to daily Mass. She shares a story of almost missing Mass but angels guide her to a new church across town. Listen to what she tells Johnnette the priest said in his homily that may change your life on WOMEN OF GRACE.
