This Young Women of Grace QuickStart Facilitator Training is designed as a primer for new facilitators or as a refresher for past facilitators of our spiritual formation program for teen girls. The training includes words of inspiration and practical tips for both groups as well as review of an introductory informational video that can be used with pastors, parents, and girls. This session is hosted by Lynne O'Connor, Director of Mission Growth and Expansion, together with Mary Dillenback, Regional Coordinator Liaison, and Denise McKane, Mission Outreach Coordinator, and includes powerful testimonials by a college student who reflects on the profound impact that the program she participated in during high school has had on her. Three current program facilitators also share from their experiences.
