The new, pro-abortion majority in the U.S. House of Representatives made a powerful statement on their first day in power by passing a funding bill that would repeal a major pro-life policy. Although it has no hope of being signed into law, this statement must not go unanswered!

Despite being the coldest day of the winter thus far, tens of thousands of Americans jammed the streets of Washington yesterday to stand for life with newly elected pro-life lawmakers promising support for life while the nation’s president used the occasion to recommit himself to abortion.

If passed, the “No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act,” recently introduced by pro-life Congressmen in the U.S. House, will institute a permanent, government-wide statutory ban on all taxpayer-funded abortion.
House Bill Promotes Abortion, Homosexual Agenda Overseas

Unless concerned citizens act fast, the U.S. House is expected to pass legislation today that will establish the Office of Global Women’s Issues which will pressure countries around the world to provide “reproductive rights” to women and to overturn laws restricting homosexual and transsexual behavior.
