A newly published study by researchers at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has found that while our brains process the image of a man as a whole person, it perceives women as an assemblage of parts, which could explain why women are so often the subject of sexual objectification.

Breastaurant Boom Objectifies Women

Hooters was once the only restaurant in town that lured customers by using scantily dressed waitresses, but a new surge in the number of similar “breastaraunts” across the country is raising concerns about the harm being done to both women and children who are exposed to this blatant objectification of women.
