Smithsonian in Legal Trouble Over Pro-Life Student Incident

After employees of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum kicked out a dozen Catholic high school students for wearing hats inscribed with pro-life messages after the Pro Life March, the institution has been put on notice to prepare for further action by both the U.S. Congress and a law firm that is now representing six of the students.

Court Re-opens Fraud Case Against Planned Parenthood

The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has decided to reinstate a dismissed lawsuit against Planned Parenthood (PP) alleging that it committed fraud by over-charging the government for various birth control drugs that resulted in millions of wasted taxpayer dollars.

New Lawsuit Claims ObamaCare Violates Religious Freedom

A new lawsuit filed on behalf of five U.S. citizens is charging that the insurance mandate included in the new health care reform bill violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 by forcing them to buy insurance from companies whose tenets violate their religious beliefs.
