Listening to pro-abortion leaders and pundits these days might lead women to believe that a world without Planned Parenthood is a world without women’s health care – but nothing could be further from the truth.

Thanks to research by Democrats for Life of America, women are finally discovering that this oft-repeated line of “an attack on Planned Parenthood is an attack on women’s health” is nothing more than a well-rehearsed talking point.

Maintaining good health is important for women as they have to do many activities in the daily life. Lots of women have been suffering from many types of Womens Health related problems due to the lack of essential vitamins and minerals in the body.

Vitamins are very important and essential ingredients for the body because the help the body organs function properly and due to this reason they need to keep themselves in a good health.

Good quality vitamins help the women in slowing ageing process, strengthen the immune system, improve the energy levels and also support the hormones. You can check this Naturopathic Medical Clinic suggests, it’s better for the Women’s Health.

But before looking for vitamins, a medical consultation is very essential as the medical professional will be able too find out the most suitable vitamins as per the body formation and functionality of vital organs.

Physicians can provide better guidance when it comes to the Womens Health care as lots of studies in the medical field have proven that the body of women needs lots of anti ageing substances which are natural and provide specific benefits to their health.

Fresh fruits and vegetables always help in supplementing for the vitamins and minerals required for the body. Apart from vitamins and minerals, women also require nutrients like amino acid, antioxidants and so on.

Nutrients are important for both the genders but some nutrients are specially required for Womens Health because they are much important in balancing their female hormones. It is a fact that the women who are between 25 and 45 years of age need extra bit of care for the maintenance of their good health.

Osteoporosis is a significant situation in women which begins when they attain 30 years of age so a diet of calcium and magnesium supplements and other necessary nutrients regularly are specially recommended to those who attain the age of 40.

Here are few facts that might help to set the record straight:

• Planned Parenthood serves 2.7 million patients a year (both men and women); community health centers serve 21 million.

• Planned Parenthood performs 378,692 pap tests a year; community health centers perform 1,787,256.

• Planned Parenthood performs no mammograms in their clinics; community health centers perform 424,376

• Planned Parenthood performs 327,653 abortion per year; community health centers perform ZERO.

• Planned Parenthood has fewer than 700 clinics across America with 31 states having fewer than 10 clinics; there are 9,000 community health centers in America with at least one clinic in 98 percent of all Congressional districts.

In other words, Planned Parenthood is a small player in the overall provision of health care for women in America. The only way their favorite mantra of being a vital provider of women’s health care services can be even remotely true is if we define health care services as abortions.

community health centersBy any other definition, they’re small potatoes.

Even more important, women – and their families – can get much more comprehensive health care in community health centers because they also offer prenatal and children’s health care, dental, vision, mental health care as well as substance abuse programs.

These centers which are public and private non-profit health care organizations such as those run by the Church, provide all kinds of cancer screenings from cervical to colorectal along with chronic disease treatment for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol. This table provides an overview of the vast number of services provided by these centers.

Planned Parenthood also likes to claim that they are located in places where the poor can be better served, but their coverage area is mostly confined to cities. Community centers are accessible in both rural and urban areas and all provide for the medical needs of their patients based on the patient’s ability to pay. The majority of the patients served in 2013 in these centers had an income level at or below 200% of the federal poverty level with over half being uninsured or on Medicaid.

Family planning services are also widely available to women via this network of providers through those clinics that qualify to receive Title X Family Planning funding, which is paid for by the taxpayer. Of those qualifying for the additional monies, 87 percent report providing oral contraceptives plus at least one other method such as an injectable or an intrauterine device.

Planned Parenthood clinics qualify for this program which is why they are receiving almost a half billion dollars a year in federal funds. However, there are an estimated 4,200 of Title X qualified clinics in the U.S. If we remove Planned Parenthood’s 700 clinics, that still leaves 3,500 clinics to provide access to contraceptives to women.

So Planned Parenthood’s argument that their clinics are the only place poor women can access birth control is also completely bogus.

Women need to work together to educate themselves against the onslaught of disingenuous talking heads who are batting around a lot of slogans designed more to rouse emotions and manipulate women than to give us the facts we need to make well-informed, educated decisions about our health care.

The bottom line is that women should not be forced to seek their healthcare needs in abortuaries that sell baby parts and provide cover for sex traffickers. Women deserve better than Planned Parenthood!
