The Special Call and Gift of Woman

We know that, at the moment of the Annunciation, the Blessed Virgin Mary was uniquely commissioned to bring Jesus into the world.  She was to become the perfect channel of God’s greatest Gift.  This is why we esteem her above all the saints, for God entrusted this singular and holy honor to Mary alone.
