Double Meanings

For Reflection:

How can foul language, sexual jokes, and expressions of double meaning lead to sins against chastity? Am I guilty of these? Do I participate even by listening? What effect has it had on my desire to live a chaste life?

We can regard it as our way of participating in Christ’s stripping at the Crucifixion and His being clothed in glory at His resurrection.  And we can use it to engage the grace of baptism to help us substitute fruit of the Spirit for acts of self-indulgence.
