The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama cannot be president because he was not born in the United States.

The National Abstinence Education Association (NAEA) sent a letter to President-elect Barack Obama asking him to continue abstinence education funding.
