Constant Communication with God

January 11

We must pray literally without ceasing – without ceasing; in every occurrence and employment of our lives. You know I mean that prayer of the heart which is independent of place or situation, or which is, rather, a habit of lifting up the heart to God, as in a constant communication with Him.”

                                                                        -St. Elizabeth Seton

Today’s Reflection:

According to St. Elizabeth Seton’s definition for praying without ceasing, do I pray always? What practical strategy can I employ to help me do so? (See tomorrow’s Graceline for a hint on what is necessary to make this happen.)
