The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) said today a federal lawsuit filed by an atheist group challenging the placement of a cross at the World Trade Center Memorial and Museum in New York City is deeply flawed and without merit.

Beware of False Angels – and the False Prophets Who Promote Them!

S writes: “A friend of mine read a book on angels written by Doreen Virtue.  My friend is so into angels. I  do believe in angels and I pray to them for guidance, but I think my friend is being misled by this author who I believe is a New Ager. Who is Doreen Virtue and what are her beliefs?  Can you comment and what advise can you give my friend.”

Activists Launch Same-Sex Marriage Bus Tour

Proponents of same-sex marriage are planning to use the momentum they gained by the passage of New York’s Marriage Equality Act to launch a bus tour that will take them into 11 states that have banned the unions with the hopes of educating locals on other ways to secure equal recognition under the law.
