(Program 10219) To say that Pope John Paul the Second's life was a life well lived is understatement at its best. Through bullet wounds, media ridicule and misrepresentation, public acts of forgiveness, Church scandals, and Parkinson's Disease, he showed us what it truly means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. How do we, as daughters of the Church, respond to this life lived so well? Simply, we accept it and do the same. We follow in the footsteps of this spiritual father knowing where they lead, knowing they are tried, knowing they are true. We have been given a legacy, both in word and deed, that points us in the way we should go. Program Guests: Margaret Hartshorn, Vicki Thorn, Mercedes Wilson
