WGR11058 - Joan of Arc: What the Maid of Orleans Has to Say To 21st Century Women, Part 4

9/29/2016

(Program WGR11058)
Guests: Siobhan Nash-Marshall

St Thomas Aquinas tells us that there are three conditions for an action to be a moral one: First it is a good act, second it is done for the right reason, and third it is done in the right way.

Perhaps the virtues that most attend to a moral act, then, would be the four cardinal virtues – courage, justice, temperance, and prudence.

How do these virtues apply to the actions of Joan of Arc and what guidance can they give us in carrying out the will of God in our life – both personally and corporately?
