Is a state allowed to determine the redefinition of marriage? A federal judge said a State has constitutional authority to define marriage as the union of one man with one woman—only. But U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman takes it further and warns that once we open the door to redefinition of marriage, then what keeps us from allowing marriage between—for instance—an aunt and a niece or a parent and a child.
