
• The "Share the Grace!" Video Contest is an artistic competition. There is no purchase or payment necessary to enter or win the competition.
• Create your video following the Contest Rules & Guidelines and upload it to the "Share the Grace!" Video Contest submission page. Videos not submitted via the contest submission page will not be eligible for consideration.
• The "Share the Grace!" Video Contest begins February 8, 2012 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 16, 2012 at 11:59 PM EST. During that time, video submissions will be accepted through the contest submissions page.
• Videos which are deemed eligible by the Contest Entities will be posted for voting via the contest voting page from March 19th, 2012 at 12:00 AM EST through March 23rd at 11:59 PM EST. The top 10 videos will be selected by public votes as semifinalists. Final judging will be by our distinguished panel of judges.

• Entrants must be 18 or older as of February 8, 2012.

- 1. Video must be no more than 2 minutes in length and can be submitted to the contest submission page on our website.
- 2. Your video submission indicates that you have read and agree to the Contest Official Rules and Guidelines as outlined herein and meet the eligibility requirements.
- 3. No profane language, violence, sex or personal attacks on people or organizations is acceptable.
- 4. No violating copyright laws or using brand names or logos other than Women of Grace® in your video. You agree to indemnify Living His Life Abundantly® and Women of Grace® for any claim, demand, judgment, or other allegation arising from your possible violation of someone's trademark, copyright, or other legally protected interest in any way in your video. All contest submitters agree not to make any commercial use of those portions of their submissions which use Women of Grace® trademarks (including Living His Life Abundantly® and womenofgrace.com) without prior written approval from Women of Grace®.
- 5. Your video must be original content for this contest. Do not submit a video that has been submitted elsewhere.
- 6. Videos must be QuickTime/MOV, WMV, MPEG or AVI and submitted to the womenofgrace.com contest group on our website which when approved, will then be added to our Women of Grace® YouTube channel.
- 7. Be able to provide Women of Grace® with an original video file if you are selected as a finalist or winner.

• Please contact contest@womenofgrace.com and a representative will get back with you as soon as possible.

• Only one video per e-mail address will be accepted.

• Yes! Teams of up to 12 people can enter the contest together. However; only one prize will be awarded per submission. Please appoint a team leader who will represent your video submission. Any communication will be conducted with that person and if selected, they will be awarded the prize.

• Videos will be judged on quality of shooting, editing and alignment with the vision and mission of Women of Grace®:

• We encourage contestant submissions to be animated, creative, engaging, fun, humorous, innovative, and inspiring, sincere, and always in good taste and in keeping with the Women of Grace® brand, mission and vision. Videos should communicate to our audience why you or your group loves Women of Grace®.

• A distinguished panel of judges will choose the grand prize winner from a selection of videos that have been voted on by the public including:

- Fr. Edmund Sylvia
Fr. Edmund Sylvia is a member of the U.S. Province of the Congregation of Holy Cross. Ordained in 1977, he has served in North Eastern, MA, Baltimore, MD, Steubenville, OH, and Oldsmar, FL. In addition to his duties as a priest, he is involved with retreat work, teaching, and is co-host of the Women of Grace® television program and the Women of Grace® Live radio program. Fr. Sylvia is also theological advisor to Living His Life Abundantly® International, Inc., Women of Grace and all its productions. He serves at Our Lady of the Rosary parish in Land O'Lakes, FL on weekends.

- Mary Jo Anderson
Mary Jo Anderson is a Catholic journalist and speaker whose articles and commentaries on politics, religion and culture appear in a variety of publications.
She is a frequent guest on the Women of Grace® television program. Mary Jo was appointed in 2010 to serve on the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops National Advisory Council. Mrs. Anderson is co-author with Robin Bernhoft of Male and Female He Made Them: Questions and Answers about Marriage and Same-Sex Unions, published in 2005 by Catholic Answers.
She and her husband, Frank, live in Orlando, Florida, where they are members of St. James Cathedral Parish and Legatus. They have three grown children and six grandchildren. Mary Jo blogs at Properly Scared.

- Kathy Mathieson
Kathy Mathieson was born in Michigan and moved to Orlando in 1976. Her first career was as a registered nurse.
Kathy began a real estate career in 1971. Since 1976, she has been involved in every aspect of the real estate business, including acquisition and development of land, apartment buildings etc. She has owned her own real estate brokerage and real estate investment holding company for over 25 years.
Kathy holds a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from St. Leo's in Dade City. She has been active in parish ministry for the last 20 years and has served at different times as a Lector, Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, Minister to the sick, Facilitator of Adult Faith Formation, and has served on the RCIA team. She has led several hundred women through the Women of Grace® Foundational Study.
Kathy has three grown children and three beautiful grandchildren!

• Any videos submitted in a language other than English must include English subtitles.

• If you would like to withdraw your submission, please contact us at contest@womenofgrace.com and we will remove your entry from the competition.

• Your video submission will be viewable by all Contest Entities and potentially all public viewers and voters utilizing the video contest submission and voting pages on our website.

• Semifinalists
Nine semifinalists will be awarded Silver Level Memberships in the Women of Grace® Exclusive subscriber area for one year. Your video may be selected for use in our 25th Anniversary multimedia campaign and other marketing and promotional resources.
• Grand Prize
The grand prize winner will be awarded an all expenses paid trip to an upcoming Women of Grace® event and a Gold Level Women of Grace® Exclusive Membership for one year. The grand prize video will also be featured in various aspects of the 25th Anniversary multimedia campaign as well as other marketing and promotional resources.

• Contest Entities: The "Share the Grace!" Video Contest is being conducted by Living His Life Abundantly® International, Inc, d/b/a Women of Grace® and its designated personnel, volunteers, and/or board members.
• General Prize Conditions (For All Prizes): The prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash except at the Competition Entities' sole discretion, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. All federal, state, country, provincial and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of the Prize Winners.
• Licensing: By entering the contest, you grant Living His Life Abundantly® International, Inc. perpetual, royalty-free license to use your video, in any media. You grant permission to edit, modify, format, or adapt your video for Living His Life Abundantly's purposes and sole discretion. Except for the prize awarded to the winners of the video contest, no other compensation in any manner will be paid to any entrant of the video contest for the submission to WOG or WOG's future use of the video in any manner. If you want to remove your video from the competition, you may do so by requesting WOG delete your video from its competition prior to the announcement of the winner.
