Professor Fired for Teaching Catholic Position on Homosexuality

Federal Court Upholds Resolution Defaming Catholic Church

By Susan Brinkmann, OCDS Staff Writer The most liberal federal court in the nation, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, has ruled that a City of San Francisco resolution defaming the Catholic Church for refusing to allow homosexual adoption does not violate the Constitution’s prohibition of government hostility toward religion.
